These terms apply when you use this website and book services from AInoyan.com (Noyan Dehdar). By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide AI consultation and automation services. A consultation is a paid, time-boxed session delivered online. Details and pricing for each service are shown on the site at the time of booking.

Bookings and payment

• Consultations are paid in advance. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
• Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• After payment, you'll receive a confirmation and a meeting link for your session.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• You may reschedule a session at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the start time.
• Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours, or for no-shows, sessions are non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by AInoyan.com. Materials shared during a consultation are provided for your own business use.

Disclaimers and liability

Consultations provide guidance and recommendations; outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
